Modify the force vector to include a frictional force. This can be used for incorporation of Langevin dynamics.

Parameters:
  • phys (Physical) - The physical system.
  • forces (Forces) - MDL Forces object
  • prop (Propagator) - MDL Propagator object
  • obj (STS/MTS) - Prototyped propagator object
